To enrich lives of youth and young adults by instilling positive qualities through leadership, social skills and etiquette training, thereby improving their characters, self-esteem and chances for success in life.
Founded in 2015 by Maryam Basir, NOiR is a tax exempt, 501(c)3 nonprofit, charitable organization which aims to enrich the lives of members of underserved communities
